Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and future roles.

Employee Retention & Engagement

  • Monitor employee satisfaction and turnover trends.
  • Support onboarding, orientation, and mentorship programs to boost retention.
  • Collaborate with HR to design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee concerns and escalate issues impacting retention.

Data & Reporting

  • Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, etc.) and retention metrics (turnover rates, exit interview trends).
  • Use data to recommend strategies that improve both recruitment and retention outcomes.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR, management, and department heads to ensure workforce planning is proactive.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an attractive place to work.
