Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in planning and executing internal and external marketing campaigns that promote company culture,

events, and milestones.

  • Assist in employee engagement activities initiated by the HR department.

  • Manage company social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content.

  • Track social media engagement metrics and prepare weekly reports.

  • Collaborate with HR, recruitment, and client relations teams to create posts that highlight company culture and

attract applicants and prospect clients.

  • Write clear and engaging content for newsletters, social media, internal announcements, and digital campaigns.

  • Proofread and edit materials to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.

  • Design visual materials such as banners, posters, and social media graphics.

  • Assist in company organized events.

  • Perform other internal administration assistance as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or design (preferably in a BPO or corporate

setting).

  • Proficient in Canva, or similar design tools.

  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English.

  • Familiarity with social media management platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite).

  • Highly organized, creative, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willing to work-onsite
