Senior Coordinator, Cash Receipts

Hybrid Set-up | Full-Time | Makati

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Coordinator, Cash Receipts at our Global Finance team. In this essential role, you will oversee the accurate and timely application of incoming payments to customer accounts, ensuring the integrity of our cash application process.

You will collaborate closely with the Revenue Controllers team, Local Office Cashiers, and various departments to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and maintain up-to-date financial records. This position is crucial for resolving payment discrepancies and ensuring proper account reconciliation.

What We're Looking For

Professional Experience

  • At least 3 years of solid experience in the Cash Receipts process or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of cash application processes and experience in financial operations.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a business-related field is required.
  • Familiarity with Elite 3E or similar financial software is an advantage.

Skills and Tools

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), with intermediate Excel skills (PivotTables and VLOOKUP).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be flexible to work on any given shift and amenable to a hybrid work set-up (3 days onsite per week).
What You'll Be Doing

Cash Application Management

  • Post receipts to 3E, including client payments, interoffice fund transfers, vendor refunds, and payroll-related entries.
  • Perform reversals and reapplications as necessary, providing documentation for every posted transaction.
  • Conduct daily reconciliations between bank statements, 3E postings, and working files.
  • Monitor the Cash Receipts mailbox, ensuring timely acknowledgment of requests and handling inquiries.

Process Improvement and Support

  • Support the implementation of process transitions and scope expansions.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks from supervisors, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the cash application process.
