Job Description

As a Cash Application Representative, you will process, apply, and reconcile payments daily to ensure accuracy and compliance. You'll communicate directly with agencies, collaborate with internal teams, and proactively address discrepancies, driving operational efficiency in a dynamic global environment.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night shift, 9 AM to 6 PM EST (9 PM to 6 AM Manila Time), Weekends Off

Work setup: Temporary WFH, Makati

The Qualifications We Seek

Skills:

• Critical thinker
• Effective communicator
• Detail oriented
• Ability to effectively prioritize
• Ability to pivot and adjust to meet business needs
• Driven to be successful as an individual and contribute to the success of the organization
• MS Excel
• NetSuite or Cloud-based accounting software

Must-Haves:

• 3-5 years of applied cash and collections experience
• Cash management and reconciliation background
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations)
• Attention to detail and ability to escalate issues appropriately

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with FreshService (or similar ITSM tools)
• NetSuite or cloud-based accounting software

Your Daily Tasks

• Assist in moving incoming payments to the correct agency customer record daily.
• Apply incoming payments daily according to documented procedures and SLAs.
• Communicate with agencies regarding over and under payments.
• Communicate with agencies to request remittances for payments as needed.
• Collaborate with the Network Digital Billing team and sales to align on invoice credits or adjustments.
• Collaborate with the internal sales team as needed to address customer concerns relating to over and under payments.
• Collaborate with Network Digital Client Support Rep as necessary to address outstanding payments.
• Proactively escalate issues with payment applications to the Network Digital Team Lead.
