Are you a meticulous mortgage professional with a mastery of the entire loan processing lifecycle? Our growing team is looking for an experienced Loan Processor to take ownership of the critical document gathering, meticulous computation, and precise preparation of loan files. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and are driven by accuracy and efficiency, we want to hear from you.

*This is a full-time role (40 hours/week) during US business hours with weekly pay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the loan processing lifecycle from initial application through to final underwriting approval.

  • Expertly collect, analyze, and validate all necessary documentation, including income verification, assets, appraisals, and title reports.

  • Perform precise calculations of income to ensure borrower qualification and program eligibility.

  • Prepare and submit thorough, accurate, and compliant loan files to underwriters, and proactively address any conditions or follow-up items.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, loan officers, and real estate agents, providing timely updates and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in mortgage processing (US-based)

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.

  • Strong understanding of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php5.00 - Php6.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
