About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to manage the end-to-end loan process, from application through to settlement. You'll ensure all client files are accurate, compliant, and processed efficiently while delivering exceptional service to brokers, lenders, and customers.

This position suits someone with a strong background in mortgage administration or para-broking within the Australian lending industry who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage loan applications from submission to post-settlement.
  • Review and validate client information and financial documentation.
  • Liaise with brokers, clients, and lenders to progress applications efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date records within SalesTrekker, Flex, and other CRM platforms.
  • Track pipeline status, follow up outstanding conditions, and ensure timely settlements.
  • Verify compliance with lender policies, AFG guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with loan variations, discharges, and client servicing as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and process efficiency within the team.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in mortgage processing, para-broking, or loan administration.
  • Strong understanding of Australian mortgage and credit policies.
  • Proficiency with SalesTrekker, Flex, and related loan origination systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and meet strict deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working remotely.
