HR Generalist

The HR Generalist supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department by administering policies, procedures, and programs. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, promotes employee engagement, and contributes to a positive workplace culture.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate job postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Employee Relations
- Address employee inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
- Policy & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Benefits & Compensation
- Assist in benefits enrollment and administration
- Support payroll processing and compensation reviews
- Training & Development
- Coordinate training sessions and track employee development
- Promote continuous learning and performance improvement
- HR Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare reports on HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and headcount
- Support audits and data-driven decision-making
Job Type: Full-time
