Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle of 30 employees, from pre-boarding and onboarding to separation.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for 30 employees, new hires, and managers.
- Maintain and audit employee records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
- Oversee immigration processes in collaboration with applicants and external counsel.
- Communicate and present HR policies, programs, and updates to employees at all levels.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1 year in an HR generalist role, ideally within tech or
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of data.
- Public speaking, communication skills, and comfort working across levels within an organization
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
