We are looking for an experienced Accounting Payables professional to join our growing team at TalentSync Training and Development in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As an Accounting Payables specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full accounts payable cycle and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices and vendor payments. This full-time role is a crucial part of our finance operations, and you will play a key part in maintaining our strong financial position.

What you'll be doing

  • Process and record vendor invoices and credit memos in aon time timely manner
  • Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure accuracy of payments
  • Liaise with vendors to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies
  • Prepare and execute vendor payments according to agreed terms
  • Maintain detailed accounts payable records and documentation
  • Assist with the month-end close process and provide reporting as required
  • Support ad-hoc accounting and finance projects as needed

Basic Qualifications:

With BPO Experience preferred + Related experience in general accounting, finance, accounts payable, payroll is required
