 Business Development: Actively seeking out potential tenants for kiosks and retail spaces through cold-calling, industry networking, and market research. The focus is on attracting prestigious skincare brands that complement the existing tenant mix.

 Negotiation & Execution: Negotiating the terms and conditions of lease agreements, including rental rates, lease duration, and renewal options. This requires a strong understanding of financial reports and market trends.

 Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with both prospective and current tenants. This involves acting as a liaison between the tenant and property management, ensuring a smooth leasing process from start to finish.

 Market Analysis: Conducting regular market research and competitive analysis to set appropriate rental rates and identify new retail concepts and trends in the luxury skincare industry. This helps to maintain the property's competitive edge.

 Administrative Tasks: Preparing and processing all necessary leasing documents, managing lease expirations, and maintaining accurate records in property management software.

Qualifications

o Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication is essential for interacting with diverse clients, tenants, and team members.

o Sales and Negotiation Skills: The ability to effectively "sell" a property and negotiate favorable lease terms is a core competency.

o Customer Service Orientation: A positive attitude and a focus on providing a high level of service are critical for tenant satisfaction and retention.

o Organizational and Time Management Skills: Leasing officers often juggle multiple tasks and deadlines, so strong organizational skills are necessary.

o Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with property management software, CRM systems, and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is often required.
