Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Officer based in Taguig. The HR Officer will oversee recruitment processes, coordinate employee relations initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. Responsibilities include screening and onboarding candidates, managing HR records, implementing policy updates, and facilitating employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment. Additionally, the HR Officer will play a vital role in driving organizational strategies and performance improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in HR Management, including recruitment, employee relations, and labor compliance
- Demonstrated ability in organizational planning, multitasking, and prioritization
- Proficiency in managing HR records and navigating performance management systems
- Effective interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with HR technologies and tools is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage but not required
