 Handle Lease Inquiries and Applications

Attend to prospective tenants, provide information on available properties, and assist them throughout the application and screening process.

 Prepare and Process Lease Documents

Draft, review, and secure signatures for lease contracts, renewals, and other related documents.

 Conduct Property Viewings

Coordinate and facilitate site visits for interested applicants and ensure properties are presented in good condition.

 Monitor Lease Accounts and Payments

Track rental dues, follow up on late payments, and coordinate with Finance for proper posting and collection.

 Maintain Tenant Relations

Address concerns, complaints, and requests of existing tenants and ensure good tenant–landlord relationships.

 Coordinate with Property and Facility Teams

Work with maintenance and facilities teams for repairs, move-in/move-out schedules, and upkeep of leased properties.

 Market Vacant Units

Assist in marketing strategies, posting of available units, and coordinating with marketing teams to ensure high occupancy.

 Maintain Leasing Records and Reports

Keep updated files of contracts, payments, tenant details, and prepare regular reports on occupancy and leasing performance.

 Ensure Compliance With Policies

Follow internal guidelines and ensure lease processes comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
