Job Objectives: Procurement Officer are responsible for the purchasing of goods, services and works from an external source, often via a tendering or competitive bidding process.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating contracts with supplier to ensure the best deal
  • Renewal for Vehicle Rental
  • Sourcing of new vehicle suppliers for lease and repair shops
  • Monitor the PMS and ORCR of vehicle in all areas
  • Assist in deployment, transfer and termination of vehicle
  • Consolidated the report and monitoring of different areas
  • Coordination with all areas to maintain the good status of vehicle.
  • Inspection of vehicle in project parking
  • Managing Fleet cards
  • Monthly costing of vehicle management

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must have Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required skill(s): Handling company vehicles, excellent communication skills both verbal and written and excellent in Microsoft office.
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig
  • Knowledgeable in vehicle management.
  • Can start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php26,000.00 per month
