Primary Function

This position will be the architect and executor of our multi-channel distribution strategy. Responsible for planning, executing, optimizing and reporting on performance across key paid, owned, and earned channels.

Broad Functions

A.) Strategy and Planning

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a holistic, integrated marketing channel strategy aligned with business goals (e.g. traditional and non-traditional advertising, social media, PR, etc.)
  • Define channel-specific goals, KPIs, and budgets.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive and market analysis to identify new channel opportunities and trends.
  • Manage the marketing channels budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI.

B.) Analysis and Optimization

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze and report on channel performance.
  • Utilize analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker) to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • As needed, conduct A/B tests across channels (ads, landing pages, email subject lines) to continuously improve CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership based on performance data.

C.) Channel Management and Execution

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.): Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from audience targeting and creative briefing to budget pacing and performance analysis.
  • Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising): Oversee SEM strategy, including keyword research, campaign structure, ad copy testing, and bid management.
  • Programmatic & Display Advertising: Manage programmatic buying and display campaigns to drive brand awareness and retargeting efforts.
  • Website: Oversee the health and maintenance of the website, ensuring that it is updated, usable and relevant.
  • Affiliate & Partner Marketing: Develop and manage relationships with affiliate partners to expand reach.
  • SEO (Organic Search): Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented to improve organic visibility and traffic.
  • Other Emerging Channels: Explore and test new channels (e.g. connected tv, podcasts) to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Social Media: Playbook creation and execution.

D.) Cross Functional Collaboration

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the activations team to develop high-converting ads, content, creatives and it translations.
  • Collaborate with the Sales/Business Development team to ensure lead quality and proper lead handoff.
  • Liaise with Finance to manage invoicing, budgeting, and forecasting.

E.) Others

  • Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Communication, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of (5) years' experience in marketing channels management. Tech and digital savvy.
  • In depth understanding and knowledge in advertising, pr, media and digital.
  • Proficient in MS Applications, versatile marketer, with strong analytical mindset, passion for testing and experimentation.
  • Proven track of scaling growth.
