Job Description: (Actual Duties and Responsibilities)

  • Understanding and getting insight into local ecosystem strategies, partner development and operations, steer potential requirements, and influence partners' strategies, businesses, and operation, to establish and strengthen relationships with partner's team, and help extend more revenue.
  • Conduct market research and stay informed of industry trends and events to identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in collaboration with our partnerships team
  • Develop and implement business strategies that drive company productivity and efficiency, and monitor performance regularly to ensure success
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services and support client needs.
  • Provide support on partners' training/branding activities;
  • Can independently develop and win back the partners and build up high-level partnership
  • Leverage external/internal resources to lead the partners to contribute their pipelines/opportunities and accelerate close the deals with partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partner management—preferably in the cloud or IT industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build impactful relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for identifying opportunities and resolving challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud and IT solutions is required.

Preferred Experience (Other Related Work)

  • Experience in channel or partner sales within the technology sector.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing, SaaS, and IT infrastructure.
  • Background in project management or strategic account management.
  • Demonstrated success in pipeline development, lead generation, and revenue growth initiatives
