Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience
    in employee engagement, HR, organizational development, or a related field
  • Strong emotional intelligence, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Proven experience designing and scaling people programs that improve culture and retention
  • Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization, from frontline staff to senior leadership
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive topics
  • Familiarity with org design, employee life cycle, and culture-building best practices
  • Passion for employee experience and creating inclusive workplaces
  • Experience in global companies (preferred)
