Compensation: $1,500 – $1,700 USD/month

About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing digital services company focused on content verification and copyright compliance. The company is looking to strengthen its operations in the Philippines by hiring a hands-on team leader to manage existing staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Role Overview

The Team Leader – Operations will oversee the client's current Philippine-based team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, processes run smoothly, and team members are motivated. This is a fully operational role, focused on execution, task delegation, and performance oversight rather than strategic planning. The ideal candidate thrives in a remote environment, is highly organised, and can take ownership of the team's output.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and motivate the current remote team in the PhilippinesAssign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality workExperience creating and managing SOPsConduct regular check-ins and provide constructive feedbackManage workflows, timelines, and resource allocation to meet objectivesIdentify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvementsMaintain clear communication with leadership and cross-functional teamsEnsure team compliance with company standards and client expectationsSupport a positive team culture and employee engagement

 

Hard Skills / Experience

Proven experience managing remote teams, ideally in the PhilippinesStrong organisational and project management skillsExperience delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring deadlines are metProficiency with productivity and project management tools (Trello, Asana, Slack, etc.)
