Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee daily plant operations to meet production goals in terms of quality, efficiency, and timeliness.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP, GMP, ISO, and local government standards.
  • Implement and maintain sanitation, hygiene, and safety programs within the plant.
  • Manage resources, including raw materials, inventory, manpower, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Lead, train, and develop plant staff to promote teamwork, productivity, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor production costs and implement cost-control measures while maintaining high product standards.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure minimal downtime through preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Collaborate with senior management in strategic planning and process improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory agencies, auditors, and customer representatives.
