Prime Worldwide Paper Packaging Corporation is a manufacturer, supplier and exporter of paper and corrugated box packaging products. Our clientele come from diverse industries involving electronics, foodstuff, furniture, etc. We are a fully integrated ISO-certified, box supplier and manufacturer of corrugated and carton based packaging solution.

About the Sales Associate role

The ideal candidate should be a results-driven Sales Associate who can effectively sell our corrugated box products to other businesses. The successful candidate will have a strong character and a history of hitting sales targets. This is a full-cycle sales role, meaning you will be responsible for everything from finding new potential customers to managing and supporting them after the sale. While you will be based in our office for planning and administrative tasks, a significant part of your job will be out in the field meeting with clients. Success in this role requires perseverance and excellent skills in negotiating and building lasting customer relationships.

A Sales Associate's duties & responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:

  • Finding and contacting new potential business clients who have a need for corrugated box packaging.
  • Visiting new and existing clients to understand their packaging requirements and present our products.
  • Preparing and sending clear and accurate price quotations and sales proposals to customers.
  • Negotiating prices and contract terms with clients to successfully close sales and meet monthly targets.
  • Managing relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Providing excellent after-sales support to handle any client questions, concerns, or new orders.
  • Reporting on weekly sales activities, progress, and results to the sales manager.

Job Qualifications

  • At least two (2) years of relevant experience in the the field/s of Sales and Business Development unless the candidate has exhibited remarkable results academically or professionally. In such cases, relevant experience can be less than two (2) years, commensurate with achievements.
  • Must have graduated with a Bachelor's Degree, but a Management degree is an advantage.
  • Must have valid driver's license for driving to client meetings. Having own car is an advantage.
  • Relevant Master's Degree is a huge advantage

Initial monthly salary for this role is PHP 20,000.

Please Note

  • This position requires the employee to report to the main plant in Santa Rosa, Laguna
  • You will report directly to the CEO.
