About the Inhouse Guard role
The ideal candidate should be an alert and dependable guard who can keep our company gate and premises safe and secure at all times. We are looking for a highly reliable Inhouse Guard to be the first line of defense for our facility. The most important qualities for this role are integrity and alertness. The candidate will be primarily assigned to guard the main gate, working on a shifting schedule. We need someone who is not just present, but is actively aware of their surroundings, can professionally handle the entry of personnel and vehicles, and will proactively report any daily occurrences or suspicious activities to management.
An Inhouse Guard's duties & responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
- Guarding the main gate and controlling the entry and exit of all employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Patrolling the company premises as required to ensure the area is secure and to prevent problems.
- Monitoring surroundings for any suspicious people or activities and reporting them immediately.
- Logging all important daily events, visitors, and deliveries in the security logbook.
- Inspecting bags and vehicles as per company policy to ensure unauthorized items do not enter or leave.
- Responding calmly and quickly to any alarms or emergency situations.
Job Qualifications
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience in the field/s of Security unless the candidate has exhibited remarkable results academically or professionally. In such cases, relevant experience can be less than two (2) years, commensurate with achievements.
- Must have comprehensive, actionable, and immediately relevant technical knowledge of truck driving
- Must have graduated with at least any Bachelor's or Associate's degree
- Must be Male
Salary starts at 540/day and will increase based on technical knowledge and experience

Please Note
- This position requires the employee to report to the main plant in Santa Rosa, Laguna from Monday to Saturday. Shift changes weekly between 6AM-2PM and 2PM-10PM.
