Qualifications:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Adheres to shift schedules and attendance expectations to ensure consistent support to customers and a balanced workload for peers.
  • Completes workload on time. Monitors if transactions are processed in a timely manner.
  • Plans, executes and manages own workload and projects in cooperation with supervisors.
  • Responsible for real-time recording and analyzing of issuances/receiving to ensure that these are covered with corresponding goods issue (GI) and goods receipt (GR) document in coordination with the operations personnel.
  • Timely monitoring of all WMS related transactions.
  • Preparation and printing of Receiving Reports (RR) and pallet IDs to be used on all items to be received.
  • Validation of received goods comparing tally sheet vs document. Validation of DR as against the shipment received and the material against DR.
  • Responsible for updating all finished goods on system. Coordinate with sending plant of all short landed and overage for immediate correction on system issuance and vise-versa.
  • Ensure picklist are generated on time and based on the received SO and STO. All discrepancies must be cascaded to the BU planning depending on the stock availability.
  • Coordinate with RTE Production/MSI for the withdrawal reservation requests, identifying critical stocks and coordinate with immediate Supervisor/or operation.
  • Actively participates in physical count activities defining actual storage content per location and validating inventory in the system and other client activity concerning FG movements.
  • Reconcile inventory variances in coordination with the immediate superior and warehouse.
  • Perform transfer posting of system stocks as necessary. Offsetting unbalanced stocks.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory.
  • Timely Transfer Order Clean up. Ensures no pending transactions floating in system.
  • Assist in providing bin locations for Location Integrity Checking and cycle counts.
  • Monitor stocks. Coordinate and report to both SMILSI and Business Unit for appropriate disposition of stocks. All Soon to expire items must be reported prior to its expiration.
  • Collaborates with Business Unit on all system inventory related transactions and concerns (reconciliation, physical count, PID, etc.)
  • Transfer stocks for charging to the hauler/trucker to Claims to Trucker SLOC.
