Position Summary

Talent Sourcing Partner responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Ultimately, a Talent Sourcer will proactively identify our hiring needs and help us fill our vacancies with qualified employees.

Education and Qualifications

  • Graduate (any stream) preferably in human resources or related field​
  • Strong Interpersonal skills such as communication skills and active listening.​
  • 1 – 2 years of work experience in human resources.​

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (Social platforms & professional networks).​
  • Building pipeline of talent pool to fill future openings.​
  • Focus on leveraging all available mediums to ensure an optimum hiring quality within TAT.​
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.​
  • Need to manage campus & walk-in drives.​
  • Create and maintain database of the candidates in the hiring pipeline.​
  • Create tickets and maintain candidate documents on Applicant Tracking System.
  • Provide excellent candidate experience to the applicants.
