This is a remote position.

Virtual Rockstar is hiring a full-time Sourcing Specialist to join our leadership team. This role works closely with our Talent Acquisition Team to source, pre-qualify, and present top-quality candidates to support our growing operations.

Responsibilities

As a Sourcing Specialist, you'll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying the best talent for our clients and internal teams. You'll:

  • Proactively identify and attract high-quality candidates

  • Pre-qualify, screen, and shortlist candidates for open roles

  • Suggest top candidates to our Talent Acquisition Specialists and internal teams

  • Maintain and update candidate data within our ATS

  • Track your own sourcing metrics and continuously improve your process

  • Research and utilize new sourcing channels and platforms to expand talent pools

  • Respond to potential candidate inquiries on our LinkedIn Careers Page and other sourcing platforms

  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialists and Operations team to ensure smooth and efficient hiring workflows

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment or sourcing roles

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Zoho Recruit preferred)

  • Experience using job boards and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter Lite a plus)

  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset
