About the Role

We're looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team at IT By Design Philippines. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, learning about IT roles, and helping match the right talent to the right opportunities. You'll primarily support hiring for Service Desk and other Infrastructure positions.

You don't have to be an expert yet — if you have some experience in sourcing or recruitment and a genuine interest in growing your career in IT recruitment, we'd love to meet you.


What You'll Do
  • Source and connect with candidates for Service Desk and Infrastructure roles
  • Review profiles and resumes to identify strong matches for open positions
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines in our tracking system
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Support ongoing hiring initiatives and share ideas for improving our sourcing process

What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruitment (experience in IT hiring is a plus, but not required)
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn and other job boards
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and team-oriented
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC on a midshift schedule
