The Sourcing Specialist will provide support to the Talent Acquisition team with candidate identification and sourcing support and delivery of successful recruitment sourcing outcomes for the Business. The Sourcing Specialist will contribute to the outcome of successful recruitment strategies and support best practice recruitment process. The Sourcing Specialist will work closely to the Head of Talent Acquisition and People team to ensure recruitment priorities are met. Main Activities and Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing Work with the Talent Acquisition to identify and execute opportunities to build domestic and international talent pipelines through candidate search internally and externally. Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Business Partners to understand business needs, job requirements and candidate profiles. Ensure the support of effective sourcing plans for Sectors alongside Talent Acquisition Business Partners. Lead the screening process, job application screening, and shortlisting for relevant vacancies. Effective use of candidate identification and screening techniques to generate high quality longlists and shortlists. Manage recruitment campaigns where required. Create and maintain market maps where required. Effective use and maintenance of recruitment platforms, and ATS’s to identify talent. Recruitment Administration Provide administrative support to the Head of Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Business Partners, and Consultants as required. Ensure all LinkedIn and ATS candidate projects are managed, updated and shared appropriately when needed to the wider Talent Acquisition team. Provide administrative support to the Head of Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Business Partner, and Consultants as required. Assist in the maintenance of and manage the processes for databases and platforms. Other To provide high quality services to WSP’s internal clients, fostering teamwork and collaboration with various internal teams to support and drive the ongoing success and growth of the organisation. Comply with all role specific Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) obligations as detailed in the employment agreement and WSP policies, procedures and matrices (which may be introduced or updated from time to time). Take responsibility for your self-development including developing goals through regular and relevant Thrive conversations, completing specified eLearning tasks, keeping up-to-date with relevant developments in your practice area and updating the Capabilities Database for sharing capabilities and qualifications within the business. Achieve and/or maintain professional registrations/licenses relevant to your role. Perform other duties which are reasonably incidental to this position, as directed by the Company from time to time. Qualifications (Minimum and Desirable) Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in Talent Acquisition. Solid Administration experience in Recruitment and HR Administration. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and developing candidate sourcing strategies and talent pools.
