Technical Admin Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the Technical Department with clerical and administrative tasks
- Manage the procurement process for assigned goods, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and delivery standards
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors to support business strategies
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues related to pricing, quality, delivery, or invoicing
- Communicate with Service Technicians regarding schedules and reports
- Handle telephone inquiries and provide client assistance
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and machines
- Prepare proposals as needed
- Support other technical operations necessary to fulfill assigned tasks
- Perform additional administrative and management duties as assigned by higher management
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a business-related, engineering, or technical course (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent) is a plus.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in administrative support, procurement, or technical operations
- Strong organizational and clerical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes and vendor coordination
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Familiarity with inventory systems or asset tracking is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team
- Professional demeanor when dealing with clients and suppliers
- Willingness to learn and adapt to technical procedures and workflows
