JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Technical Department with clerical and administrative tasks
  • Manage the procurement process for assigned goods, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and delivery standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors to support business strategies
  • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues related to pricing, quality, delivery, or invoicing
  • Communicate with Service Technicians regarding schedules and reports
  • Handle telephone inquiries and provide client assistance
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts and machines
  • Prepare proposals as needed
  • Support other technical operations necessary to fulfill assigned tasks
  • Perform additional administrative and management duties as assigned by higher management

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a business-related, engineering, or technical course (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in administrative support, procurement, or technical operations
  • Strong organizational and clerical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes and vendor coordination
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Familiarity with inventory systems or asset tracking is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team
  • Professional demeanor when dealing with clients and suppliers
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to technical procedures and workflows
