Job Description:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage and organize records, files, and documents.
- Handle office communications such as emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating office activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Support managers and staff in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred but not always required).
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
