About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join the Finance team at DOTSPERINCH CORPORATION'. As our Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of the organization. This is a full-time position based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions
  • Reconcile bank and accounting records on a regular basis
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Conduct financial analyses and provide recommendations to management
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and advice
  • Participate in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the Financial Accounting & Reporting industry
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
