Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Accountant located in Davao City. The Junior Accountant will handle daily accounting tasks including managing financial records, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts. Responsibilities also include assisting with month-end closing, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with financial accounting, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation
• Proficiency in using Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Work experience in the construction or fabrication industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
