Account Manager – Bookkeeping (QuickBooks)

Full-time | Onsite

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager with a strong background in bookkeeping to manage multiple client accounts using QuickBooks. If you enjoy working with numbers and people, this role offers a great mix of both.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for assigned clients using QuickBooks
  • Serve as the main point of contact for your clients
  • Build trusted relationships and ensure clients feel supported
  • Communicate via email, phone, chat, and virtual meetings
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
  • Analyze financial data and provide clear, actionable insights
  • Stay current on accounting standards and best practices

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field
  • 2–4 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Comfortable managing multiple client accounts
  • Fluent in spoken and written English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
