Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Experience Level: 1 Year (Healthcare or Life Insurance background)
Location: BGC (Hybrid Setup)
Base Pay: ₱18,000 – ₱27,000
Travel Allowance: ₱4,200
Night Differential: 10%
Role Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing support and information related to healthcare or life insurance products and services. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction in a professional, empathetic, and efficient manner.
Work Setup & Schedule
- Hybrid Work Model: Must be amenable to reporting on-site in BGC as required.
- Shifting Schedule: Includes night shifts; eligible for 10% night differential.
- Fixed Travel Allowance: ₱4,200 per month.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of BPO or customer service experience in healthcare or life insurance accounts.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and shifting schedules.
- Proficient in basic computer applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php27,000.00 per month
