About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee the Visayas/Mindanao region for Autoglass.Ph.,Inc', a leading provider of automotive glass solutions. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring exceptional customer service across the region. With a focus on the local market, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for the region
  2. Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and support to ensure they reach their individual and team goals
  3. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives
  5. Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business
  6. Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
  7. Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the business by providing insights and recommendations based on regional performance

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the automotive or related industry
  2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  3. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decision-making
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  6. Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  7. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
