The Admin Clerk will be working in a facilities management company in the field of Building, Property, and Asset Management, and related services.
- Salary Range(Min.-Max.): 16k-18k
- Education level: College Graduate (preferably with/ 12 units of accounting)

- Contract Duration: 3 months
- Target on Boarding date: ASAP
- Working Schedule (Day and Time): Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm / Sat - 8 am-12nn
- Working Location: within Metro Manila (Makati/Pasig/SanJuan/QC/Mandaluyong)

Job Description:
- To be the front line of the Property Management Office
- In charge of answering concerns of unit owners
- Facilitate move-in and move-out clearances
- Facilitate the request of unit owners for gate pass, work permit, and usage of amenities
- Processing of the request/ application for a parking sticker and a car pass
Qualification:
- High sense of accountability
- To support the on-site Condominium Manager in all aspects of management of the assigned project
- Adept in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Keen to details, dependable with value for high work ethics and customer service.
- Team player and able to established good working relationship with co-employees and superiors
- Fresh graduates with Administrative Internship is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
