Job Description
Reporting directly to the Finance and Admin Manager, the Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods, supplies, or materials within the company. He/She also maintains the inventory levels and ensuring that all products are properly stored and accounted for.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily responsibilities include:
- Monitor stock levels
- Receive and verify incoming shipments
- Prepare reports on inventory levels
- Ensure items are stocked in the correct locations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory
- Conduct regular inventory audits
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area

Qualifications:
- Male/Female
- Graduate of any course
- Computer Literate (Conversant in MS Word/Excel)
- Preferred but not required: 1–2 years of work experience as an Inventory Clerk, or prior experience in inventory management or a related field
- With good communication skills
- Attentive to detail, well-organized, flexible / able to multi-task
- Willing to work in Eastwood City
- Can start ASAP
