Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Dispatcher to oversee and coordinate logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient scheduling, dispatching, and real-time problem-solving to maintain seamless fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and coordinate fleet movement during the night shift.
  • Dispatch drivers and track deliveries to ensure timely operations.
  • Communicate with drivers, customers, and relevant teams to resolve any operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatch logs, routes, and trip details.
  • Handle emergency situations and provide immediate support to drivers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and transport laws.
  • Provide end-of-shift reports and updates to day shift teams.
  • Utilize dispatch software and tracking tools to optimize fleet performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation preferred.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in dispatch systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Effective communication and ability to work independently.
  • Willing to work the night shift
  • Knowledge of transport regulations is a plus.
