Key Roles & Duties

  • Coordinate schedules and routes for drivers, deliveries, or service teams to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Monitor and track movements using communication tools and tracking systems to keep everything on time

  • Solve problems quickly—handle delays, rerouting, or urgent requests with calm and smart decisions

  • Maintain accurate records of dispatch logs, delivery updates, and service reports

  • Communicate clearly with drivers, clients, and team members to ensure everyone stays informed and supported

Basic Qualifications

  • High school graduate or college level

  • Can communicate clearly and confidently, both in person and over the phone

  • Knows how to use basic computer tools (MS Excel, Word, email, etc.)

  • Willing to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks calmly

  • Honest, reliable, and committed to supporting team operation

  • 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or transport operations (trucking industry experience an advantage)
