Basic Qualifications

  • High school graduate or college level

  • Can communicate clearly and confidently, both in person and over the phone

  • Knows how to use basic computer tools (MS Excel, Word, email, etc.)

  • Willing to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks calmly

  • Honest, reliable, and committed to supporting team operation

  • 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or transport operations (trucking industry experience an advantage)
