DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manages and oversees the movement and storage of products inside the warehouse. Organizes the dispatch and deliveries of goods to customer or consignee. Responsible for overseeing the warehouse, goods handling, material handling, inventory management process, customer service and transportation. Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocol. Motivates, organizes and encourages teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met. Ensures Company is in compliance with laws and regulations regarding transportation and warehousing. Provides relevant reports to management and principal. Develops system to improve efficiency Implements health and safety protocols in accordance to labor standards. Assist the immediate head on any duties and responsibility will be assign to this position Function with shared service capability across business entities within the group. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business Administration/ Marketing/ Accounting or its equivalent, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering At least 5 years work experience in managerial level in warehousing and logistics. Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software ex. SAP.
