Regular Tasks
- Checking emails every few hours
- Taking calls and assisting with their query
- Preparing quotes
- When bookings are made follow the checklist of tasks to prepare for their booking (setting up zoom if needed)
- Uploading receipts & preparing invoices in Quickbooks
- Preparing social media graphics post in Canva
- Scheduling Social media on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin
- Posting ads in Facebook groups to promote our services
- Inviting clients to follow our Linked in page
- Keep Hubspot updated with all client info
- Preparing monthly email campaigns to go out to clients to promote our services
- Updating the website or liaising with our website company on this
- Keeping our Google drive sorted and organised
- Keeping the calendar organised and up to date
- Booking staff to host the groups
- Organising the catering for some meetings
- Looking into any other marketing opportunities to promote the business
- Other admin tasks as required
Pre-requisties
Must be able to converse in English well as you will be handling phone calls.
An interest in social media and marketing ideally
Willing to learn new things
Training
All training will be provided - weekly training provided on how to grow and build a business - we want someone who is willing to learn and grow with the company
