About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale IT initiatives across diverse technology stacks. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with strong project management expertise, capable of bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution. You will oversee project delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with strategic goals while applying both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large, multi-disciplinary technical teams across full project lifecycles.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and business leaders to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
  • Drive adoption of best practices in software development, DevOps, cloud, and emerging technologies.
  • Monitor project health, resolve impediments, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Coach, mentor, and guide technical teams for optimal performance and professional growth.

Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of total IT experience, with a background in software/application development.

5+ years of Project Management experience, handling large teams and enterprise-scale projects.

Strong technical knowledge across legacy and modern technologies:

  • Application Development (.NET, Java, C#)
  • DevOps & Cloud Platforms
  • AI, Mobile Development, Game Development
  • Proven ability to manage
  • complex technical initiatives
  • while balancing business priorities.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Project Management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, etc.) preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php200, Php210,000.00 per month
