About Us:Metro Cleanwaste Corporation is a leading provider of innovative solutions in the water and wastewater treatment industry. Committed to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Solutions Head to join our team in Pasay City.

Job Description:The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, design, construction, implementation, and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment systems. The Water and Wastewater Engineer will ensure that all projects comply with environmental regulations and deliver safe, clean water to the community. Key Responsibilities:Design and Planning:Develop and design water and wastewater treatment systems, including pipelines, pumping stations, and treatment facilities.

Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments. Project Management:Manage and oversee water and wastewater projects from conception through to completion.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Prepare and review project documentation, including plans, specifications, and reports. Operation and Maintenance:Oversee the operation and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment facilities.

Implement and monitor maintenance schedules for equipment and systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to treatment processes and equipment. Compliance and Quality Assurance:Ensure all water and wastewater systems comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Prepare and submit regulatory reports and documentation. Technical Support and Training:Provide technical support and guidance to staff and operators.

Conduct training sessions on the operation and maintenance of water and wastewater systems. Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for treatment facilities. Environmental and Safety Management:Monitor and manage the environmental impact of water and wastewater systems.

Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintained. Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in water and wastewater treatment. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Technical/Vocational, or any related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering. Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes, equipment, and regulations. Proficient in the use of engineering software and technology.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to work in Pasay and other Metro Manila areas.
