Role OverviewWe seek a Head of Finance Operations to lead our finance function in Manila. This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing month-end close, financial controls, reporting, and operational processes, while driving efficiencies, compliance, and automation. The successful candidate will report to the CAO and collaborate with global finance, FP&A, and commercial teams to support growth and ensure top-tier financial operations.

Role ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize finance processes including month-end close, accounts payable/receivable, billing, payroll, and reconciliations. Ensure financial controls, risk management, and compliance align with global standards and local regulations. Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and improved reporting capabilities.

Collaborate with global teams to support business strategy and operational excellence. Deliver accurate, timely financial reports to support decision-making. Build and develop a high-performing finance team in Manila, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Experience / CompetenciesEssentialProven experience in shared services and finance operations, with recent leadership in financial services, fintech, or data-driven sectors. Strong background in month-end close, controls, compliance, and process improvement. Knowledge of financial regulations in the Philippines and globally.

Ability to manage teams, drive transformation, and influence stakeholders. Hands-on experience with ERP systems, automation tools, and financial reporting platforms. DesiredExperience in data, analytics, or trading-related businesses.

Track record in process automation initiatives. Knowledge of multi-entity, cross-border financial operations. Experience managing relationships with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders.
