Technical Solutions Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for serving as an evangelist for IT solutions across key areas such as operations, security, help desk, desktop management, and networks.

  • You will engage with customers and partners to understand their needs and recommend suitable products, working closely with account managers.
  • You will conduct product demonstrations and address technical queries.
  • You will work across multiple IT management products from various vendors.
  • You will develop expertise in areas such as desktop management, IT help desk, Windows management, and cloud (public and private) management.
  • You will organize and conduct workshops, training sessions, and product events—both online and in person.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong technical background with hands-on experience in ITSM solutions, desktop/server management, and network administration.
  • Proficient in English and at least one local language at a professional/business level.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the IT industry.
  • A good understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multiple product teams.
