Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Technical Consultant to partner with our clients in designing and implementing effective technical solutions using Alida platform.

The successful candidate will lead discovery sessions, translate business requirements into technical solutions, create comprehensive implementation plans, and ensure quality assurance standards are met throughout project implementation.

This role requires strong client-facing skills, SaaS platform experience, and knowledge of modern web technologies and database systems. The ideal candidate will also have experience in leading technical workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and managing relationships with enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical discovery sessions and requirements gathering workshops
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Create comprehensive implementation plans
  • Guide clients through technical decision-making processes
  • Design and oversee the implementation of custom dashboards and reporting solutions
  • Manage small to medium-sized technical projects
  • Serve as the technical liaison between clients and internal programming teams
  • Provide strategic recommendations for platform optimization and integration opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of client-facing technical consulting experience
  • Strong background in SaaS platform implementation and configuration
  • Experience in leading technical workshops and requirements gathering sessions
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and system integration capabilities
  • Understanding of modern web technologies and database systems
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with enterprise clients
  • Excellence in technical problem-solving and solution design
