Social Media Content Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Social Media Content Manager to oversee the development, execution, and optimization of content across multiple brands and platforms. This role involves managing up to 40–50 social media accounts, ensuring consistent voice, brand integrity, and measurable growth in engagement. The ideal candidate combines creativity with data-driven decision-making and can lead content strategy in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement content calendars, campaign themes, and posting strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Coordinate the planning, creation, and scheduling of posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure all content (visual, written, and video) is aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.
Brand Management
- Maintain consistent tone, messaging, and style across all assigned brand pages.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to translate brand direction into social-first storytelling.
- Support campaign launches and brand promotions across digital channels.
Analytics & Performance
- Track engagement metrics, audience growth, and campaign performance across all platforms.
- Prepare regular social media reports with insights and improvement recommendations.
- Use social listening and analytics tools to identify trends and optimize content.
Community Management
- Oversee timely responses to comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers or brand advocates when appropriate.
- Escalate sensitive issues or reputational risks to management promptly.
Collaboration & Process Management
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to execute campaigns efficiently.
- Ensure consistent posting cadence and quality control across all accounts.
- Manage workflows for approvals, scheduling, and reporting.
Learning & Innovation
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, content trends, and best practices.
- Contribute fresh ideas to enhance social presence and audience engagement.
- Open to training and upskilling on emerging tools and techniques in social media marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, brand management, or content marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and advertising platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in social tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, Buffer, or equivalent).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable content plans.
- Open to training and continuous learning — attitude and adaptability are key.
- Experience handling multiple brand pages simultaneously (agency or multi-client setup).
- Basic design and video editing skills.
- Familiarity with paid ads management and performance tracking tools.
