What You'll Do

  • Create engaging B2B and B2C content for social media platforms, including captions, visuals, and short-form copy, while designing supporting assets such as infographics and digital promotional materials.
  • Manage and monitor social media platforms (Meta: Facebook & Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others as needed), tracking reach, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare clear, actionable reports to guide content and campaign decisions.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and overall marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and branding teams to support campaigns and maintain content calendars.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh, relevant, and competitive.
What We're Looking For
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation for brands or businesses.
  • Basic to intermediate graphic design skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, creativity, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
