Are you a creative storyteller who thrives in the fast-paced world of social media? We're looking for a Social Media Reels & Graphic Designer to join our growing team at Monsoon Marketing In this role, you'll manage content across platforms, drive engagement, and help our clients stand out.

Role Overview

Monsoon Marketing is seeking a Social Media Reels & Graphic Designer who will develop, execute, and manage engaging content across various social platforms. This role blends creativity and strategy, requiring someone who can create compelling visuals and copy, engage communities, and monitor performance data to guide future improvements.

The ideal candidate is independent, organized, responsive to trends, and can adapt voice and tone for different brands. You will play a crucial role in shaping and growing our clients' digital presence, particularly in healthcare, eCommerce, and service-based industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule daily content (graphics, reels, stories, captions, hashtags) across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns (both organic and paid) aligned with client goals
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and content strategists to ensure brand consistency and timely execution
  • Design and coordinate promotional assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar
  • Monitor and engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in real time
  • Use Basecamp to manage assigned tasks, content calendars, and deadlines
  • Track KPIs (e.g., impressions, engagement, click-through rates), analyze performance, and make data-driven recommendations
  • Stay informed about the latest platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes
  • Submit accurate end-of-day reports detailing tasks completed and hours worked
  • Suggest and test new content ideas or formats to drive reach and engagement

What You'll Need:

  • 1–3 years of social media experience
  • Canva, Meta Ads, Google Analytics familiarity
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills
  • Experience with social schedulers/project tools
  • Creative, proactive, and trend-savvy

Compensation starts at ₱31,680/month, with increases up to ₱39,792/month upon regularization. Remote work setup | Strong growth path | Fun and supportive team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php31, Php39,000.00 per month
