SENIOR FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Job Description

The Senior Finance and Accounting Associate is primarily responsible for the Cooperative's disbursement requirements and reconciliations, such as bank accounts, individual members' balances, store purchases, sales reports, as well as the monthly inventory reports.

Qualifications and Skills

· Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related course.

· Knowledge of accounting software and experience in integrated accounting system migration and management.

· Must have at least 2 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.

· With advanced working knowledge of applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.

· Experience working in a cooperative for at least 1 year is an advantage.

· Excellent oral and writing communication skills and client orientation.

· Flexible, creative, responsive, and able to follow through on tasks

· Analytical, systematic, with strong numerical ability and attention

· Willing to demonstrate, apply, and share expert technical knowledge across the cooperative

· Able to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines
