Job Description

1 Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives

2 Identify unsafe operation and practices and report the same to Manager immediately

3 Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production

4 Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages

5 Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvement

6 Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities

7 Stay current with product specifications, engineering technology and production processes

8Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability

9Investigate problems, analyze root cause and derive resolutions

10 Directly supervise repair and technicians

11.Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products

  1. Other duties that maybe assigned from time to time

Job Qualification

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

  2. With experience in production engineering, manufacturing, or a related role (experience in manufacturing) but not limited to.

3.Strong knowledge of production processes, engineering practices, and equipment maintenance
