This role ensures a reliable and sustainable end- to- end data flow from shop-floor instrumentation and SCADA systems to enterprise analytics platforms such Power BI, Azure Data Explorer, and Flow Software).The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of industrial data systems (OT) with modern data engineering tools (IT) such as Unified Namespace to deliver clean, contextualized, and actionable data for production optimization, waste reduction, and performance analytics.**Key Responsibilities:*** Design and implement data pipelines integrating sources such as SCADA, Kepware, MQTT, SQL databases, and cloud storage.* Knowledgeable in the concept of Unified namespace for data integration, modelling and transformation.* Manage data ingestion into Azure Data Explorer (ADX) and PostgreSQL for analytics and reporting.* Knowledgeable in building shift-based aggregations and time-binned datasets (minutely, hourly, daily).* Implement data cleaning, filtering, and jitter removal logic for sensors (e.g., proximity, pressure, vibration).* Develop JSON-to-relational transformations for production event data.* Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues between edge devices, gateways, and historians.* Collaborate with Data Scientists to operationalize predictive models.* Deploy data systems using Docker, Proxmox, and Edge Gateways* Develop automation scripts and configuration templates for multi-line deployments.* Create and maintain SOPs, deployment guides, and network architecture diagrams.* Support digital rollout tracking.* Ensure data governance, version control, and validation procedures are followed.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.* Certifications/ Post graduate diploma in Data Engineering, IIoT, or Cloud Analytics is an advantage.* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.* Technical Skills* Programming: Python, Java, SQL/KQL, JavaScript, C#, C++ or other similar programming languages used in backend development* Databases: Azure Data Explorer (KQL), PostgreSQL, MSSQL* Industrial Integration: OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus RTU/TCP, REST API* Software Platforms: HighByte Intelligence Hub, Flow Software, Ignition SCADA, Power BI* Cloud & Virtualization: Azure, Docker, Proxmox* Analytics Tools: Python (NumPy, Pandas), DAX, KQL* Networking: VLANs, IP configuration, Edge connectivity, Firewalls* Core Competencies* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Deep understanding of IT/OT convergence* Hands-on experience with real-time manufacturing data* Ability to document, automate, and standardize processes* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills* Passion for digital transformation and manufacturing efficiency**Preferred Experience:*** With 1 to 2 years of experience in FMCG / manufacturing environments or related industry/experience* Involvement in digital factory projects (Waste reduction, OEE monitoring, predictive maintenance)* Exposure to Azure Data & AI ecosystem (Event Hub, ADX, Power BI Service)* Knowledge of data governance and contextual modeling (ISA-95, ISA-88 hierarchy)*We highly encourage applicants to exclude information on age, gender, and school/s in view of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
