Job Summary:

A medium-sized, diversified company in the Philippines is seeking a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join its Corporate Head Office team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and support for management decision-making across our various business units.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

· Financial Reporting & Analysis – Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and management reports.

· Regulatory Compliance & Taxation – Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.

· Budgeting & Forecasting – Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

· Audit & Internal Controls – Conduct audits and implement internal control systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Business Unit Support – Consolidate financial data across jewelry, QSR, hotel, and realty businesses for management decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in good standing.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, preferably with strong academic record. A Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or audit (experience in conglomerates or multi-business companies is an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, government compliance, and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficient in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to coordinate with diverse business units.
